You will be greeted with a warm smile on your first visit.

Please reserve about an hour for your first visit. We understand your time is important to you, and we will do everything possible to expedite your visit with us but in no way will you ever feel rushed.

You can expect a warm and welcoming greeting from our front desk staff. Our staff will also instruct you and help you, if needed, in filling-out the initial paperwork.

You will then be shown a short tour around the office, where you can meet available staff and doctors, and then escorted to examination room.

Consult and Examination

Then we will conduct initial consultation and review your history and primary complaint with you to better understand your problem. Our Doctor will determine exactly what tests are relevant to evaluate your condition, and x-rays may be taken if deemed necessary. We encourage you to bring with you any diagnostic studies you may have, such as x-rays or MRI’s.

After examination is concluded we will typically review your history, examination findings and any diagnostics findings, including x-rays, and proceed with the initial treatment if our Doctors determine that Chiropractic Care is the best course of action for your problem(s). If we determine that Chiropractic approach is not the best for you, we will explain to you why is that and then we will make an immediate referral to another specialist we think can best help you. Since Dr. Jolich has been practicing in Aiken for well over twelve years, we have a great working relationship with other healthcare providers in the area. If you are in severe pain we will do our best to treat you for pain relief during this first visit.

A Follow-Up Plan

Then, our Doctor will give you home care instructions for the rest of the day and until your follow-up visit. We should also point out that Dr. Jolich always calls all new patients to check on them at the end of work day!

Aiken Chiropractic patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance. We understand that for most of you Chiropractic might be a new experience, and such can create anxiety. Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable with your visits as we can![/one_half_last]

Day Two:

On your report visit we explain how chiropractic may be able to help you.

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

Please reserve about 30 minutes for this visit. This time includes treatment, if applicable.

At this time our Doctor will set aside some time to explain the following to you:

  1. What is the cause of your problem.
  2. Can we help you.
  3. How long will it take to get you out of pain.
  4. How much will it cost.

We suggest you bring a loved one (a parent or a spouse) to this visit because social support at home is an important component of achieving and maintaining health.

At this visit we will give you a Written Report of Findings to take home.  If we accept you for Chiropractic care, we will lay out an estimated care plan according to your goals.  Your care plan includes detailed explanation of what services will be performed per visit as well as when progress exams and progress reports will be made.

Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

Please reserve 30  minutes for each visit.  Typically, you will be greeted by front desk staff, escorted to treatment area, and then treatment applied according to your pre-established care plan.

A part of your treatment will be a specific spinal adjustment where a correction is made.  Special visits, such as Progress Exams and Progress Reports, will be scheduled in advance in your care plan.  These visits will require more time so allow yourself approximately 40 minutes for these special visits.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We recognize your time is valuable. We do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.

Spinal problems rarely get better on their own. Call our Aiken chiropractic office today to get started with chiropractic care!
